Week of 11/25 to 12/1 Training

Monday:

50 minute run… 5.5 miles. Not a great outing.

Tuesday:

45 minute bike trainer workout… again, not a great outing. Attempted Reoch-Zonneveld #16 and didn’t finish.

Then

10-1 KB 35# Snatch Ladder, alternating arms.

Then

10-1 Pull-Up ladder, random assignment of numbers.

Then

10-1 Goblet Squat Ladder, 53# KB.

Wednesday:

50 minute run. 6.5 miles. Felt good.

Then

10-1 KB Snatch @ 35#

Thursday:

50 minute run. 6.6 miles. Low on calories/energy.

Friday:

63 minute run w/Jim W. 7 miles.

Then

100 x KB Swings @ 35# (continuous)

Saturday:

5-1 Ladder Ankle Bar

Then

5 x Goblet Squats

5 x Swings

5 x Pull-Ups

5 rounds

Then

5 x Double KB 1-leg Deadlifts @ 53#

3 sets. Good rest between each set.

Then

10:00 Airdyne, mostly easy, but a few 30 second sprints thrown in.

Then much later

100 x Push-Ups
