Nutrition: The Power of Intent (pt 3)

Traveling forces you to either figure it out, or succumb to your desires. You either maintain your philosophy or you become an experiment of consumption.

Solutions

Smoothie Cup (1.5 servings)

blend:

1 cup water

1/2 avocado

1 cup strawberries

1/2 frozen banana

1.5 scoops of vegan (plant based) protein powder

top:

1/2 cup of locally sourced granola

a few locally sourced raisins

a pinch of mineral salt

You are tasked with the duty to respect your organism. All deviations, pain, disease, and loss exponentially increase the probability of future carnage. Your mind resides in this vessel. Care for it. Study it. Open the manual. Refuse to be a slave to independent ignorance. 

Look in the mirror and recognize that past behaviors have led to the current state. See the effect of each positive choice: more restful sleep, more consistent hydration, longevity-based nutrition practices, adequate hydration, enhanced muscle tone, etc.

An ideal is a product of the past. Pleasure is avoidance of discomfort at any and all costs. Easy street leads to an experience-free life. When forced to discover a new solution, growth occurs. Possibility arises when we lack options. The longer one goes without the familiar the more aware one becomes of their new routine. Habits are forming whether conscious or not.
